WECCO of Charleston, LLC was formed in 1998 as an investment and development company specializing in the acquisition and renovation of historic properties in the Charleston and Savannah markets. However, once Standard Precast Walls, LLC was formed, WECCO began to redefine its operations. The partnership of the two companies allowed WECCO to concentrate on larger, new developments?specifically green developments. In 2006, WECCO Construction, LLC was formed and the design-build process was solidified. This integrated structure has resulted in a forward-thinking company that addresses the community and the environment equally, while adhering to a commitment to high quality materials and design.
