WECCO of Charleston, LLC was formed in 1998 as an investment and development company specializing in the acquisition and renovation of historic properties in the Charleston and Savannah markets. Our primary investment strategy was, and continues to be, value added repositioning of core properties. WECCO has worked with investors large and small, has extensive knowledge of the markets in which we operate and uses a very focused and disciplined approach to project analysis. In 2004 WECCO started a subsidiary company Standard Precast Walls, which allowed us to expand our market, establish a niche and focus on sustainable infill projects. In 2006, WECCO Construction, LLC was formed solidifying the design build process. Through our experience and knowledge of the construction environment WECCO provides construction management services and sustainability analysis. This integrated structure has resulted in a forward-thinking company that addresses the community and the environment equally, while adhering to a commitment to high quality materials and design.
