This mixed use building, originally constructed in 1752, was encumbered by a long-term lease when it was contracted for purchase in 2000.  Prior to closing, WECCO was able to substantially increase the investment value by working out a strategic deal with the leasee.  The partnership that purchased this building has since expanded and is still together today.
