East Bay & Chapel

At one time this infill property in downtown Charleston was a gravel lot sub-divided into several small parcels with a few deteriorating buildings.  WECCO assembled all the parcels, moved the older structures off the site, had property lines redrawn, and got the zoning changed.  WECCO then sold the property to the current owners, who build the building that you see pictured here.
