One Cool Blow

 One Cool Blow is a new, mixed-use infill development located on Charleston’s peninsula. The three buildings total approximately 75,000 SF and are constructed entirely of concrete, copper and glass. This innovative new construction is built to age gracefully, and the unique design is modeled after late 19th century industrial buildings typical of eastern United States port cities.
