Note:  Almost any design is possible with precast – the following are some guidelines that make it extremely economical:

Minimize exterior walls to as few linear dimensions as possible.

Keep panel height under 12’ – (trucking issue).

Keep wall dimensions divisible by 4’.

Keep Floor to Wall SP ratio as close to 1 to 1 as design allows.
